This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you download and use the Boteco do Manolo Mobile App (the “App”), and the choices and rights you have to protect your personal information collected via the App.

Personal Information Collected Via the App
- Contact information. Name, email, phone number, and address.
- Orders and order history. Items ordered, date/time, amounts, delivery locations, tips, frequency, favorites, and any preferences submitted.
- Payment information. Card number, security code, expiration date, or other payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Precise location. If enabled, your precise location to provide nearby restaurants and live map views; can be disabled in device settings.
- Rewards program and gift cards. Points balance, redemptions, gift card values and balances.
- Device and usage information. Device type, browser, IP address, identifiers, language, carrier, general location; usage data such as screens viewed, time spent, browsing history, clicks, scrolls, and crash reports.
How Your Personal Information is Used
- To provide the App and its features. Authentication, account management, order processing, preference memory, location-enabled features, and loyalty program access.
- To personalize your experience and recommendations. Item and restaurant recommendations based on past orders; configurable notifications.
- Troubleshooting and App improvement. Performance analysis, error correction, feature development; aggregated or anonymized for analytics, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- To analyze selections and preferences for market research and growth opportunities.
- To send marketing communications outside the App (email, SMS) and advertise on third‑party platforms.
- For compliance and protection: enforce terms, comply with law, defend claims, and investigate fraud or unauthorized activity.

- With Toast. Hosted and stored by Toast on Merchant’s behalf.
- Service providers. Hosting, communications, security, payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection, CRM, etc.
- Initiated by Merchant. Delivery partners, loyalty programs, advertising partners via pixels and similar technologies.
- Authorities and others. Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law or to protect legal rights and App security.
Your Privacy Choices
- Access or change your account information. Via your App account settings.
- Delete your account. Follow instructions in the App settings.
- Disable third‑party advertising pixels. In the privacy section of the App settings.
- Additional rights under applicable laws—contact Merchant directly.
Do Not Track

This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. You will be notified of material changes in accordance with applicable laws.
